11 Goals for 2011

My goals for 2011, really I have 2011 goals for 2011 but for the sake of my keyboard and my sanity, I've selected 11 important and meaningful goals for 2011 everything else I'm going to leave in my dear Lord's strong hands.
  1. Read the entire Bible, I am reading 1 Samuel 26 right now, I'm going to finish and get back to 1 Samuel 26 before December 31, 2011
  2. Exercise 4 days a week
  3. Write a blog post once every 2 weeks
  4. Participate in the Siesta Scripture Memory Team and memorize 24 Bible verses with my LPM Siestas
  5. Finish the knitted quilt for my bed
  6. Make crochet curtains for the window
  7. Install baseboards and ceiling edges in my bedroom
  8. Install a window frame in my bedroom
  9. Sew a table cover
  10. Sew curtains for the window and for the closet
  11. Finish my bedroom
A lot of these goals are about finishing my bedroom, I would like to one day be managing my home in a way that pleases God, I first need to get my current living space in order and learn to keep it orderly before I can begin to expand my area of responsibility.  I've had many dreams and plans for the home I hope to live in one day but I have not been very practical about how I'm going to bring them to fruition, how am I going to manage my home if I cannot manage my bedroom.  My goal for 2011 is to get organized and stay organized, may the Lord give me the strength and perseverance to see it through.

She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. ... She makes coverings for her bed;  Proverbs 31:13, 22

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."  Jeremiah 29:11
