"What good is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warm and filled," without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."

Lord, I pray for a renewing of Sam's faith. Lord she has confessed her faith in You but also admits to not walking in her faith. Lord I pray that You would touch her heart and fill her with a longing for right relationship with You. I pray that You would bring opportunities for the believers in Sam's life to encourage her to reach out to You. Lord I ask that You give Sam Your strength to overcome the stumbling blocks that Satan tries to put in her path to renewed relationship with You. I ask for your protection and blessing over the fledgling roots of her faith in You and that Sam would continue to seek You as you seek after her.
Lord, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.
