I really like the designs and work of Dan Louche from Tiny Home Builders and my floor plans are based mostly on his Tiny Living house plans. My biggest additions were the second sleeping loft and a change in the roof style, I google roofs to see if there was a style that would offer more space in the loft than the typical gable (A shaped) roof has, the style I decided would offer the most space was the gambrel roof. It looks like I wasn't too far off the mark because this was just added to the Tiny Home Builders Facebook Page ...

My Tiny House Plans
One thing I noticed with most of the tiny houses on wheels I've seen photos and videos of is that they often have not provided a second sleeping space for children. This is a problem for me as I am not a fan of co-sleeping ... how are Dad and Mom supposed to make child #2 if child #1 is always in their bed? It seems to be one of the biggest over sites on the part of tiny house designers so I took the tiny house style that I liked the most and added a second sleeping loft. Voila space for visiting family or for the eventual children.
